Ambergrease FG1
Performance grease for Food Processing Equipment
Ambergrease FG1 is designed to cover a wide range of food safe applications,
where extremes of temperature, wet and saturated environments, heavily loaded
applications, or where dust and other contaminants are present. It contains
Extreme Pressure (EP) additives and PTFE to provide a high degree of anti-wear
performance. All ingredients are FDA listed. Suitable for all plain and
anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces.
NSF H1 registered (N° 138264) meets USDA 1998
H1 guidelines, to be used as a lubricant with possible incidental food contact
Provides long-term lubrication on all
processing equipment where incidental food contact may occur
Protects against corrosion in wet or saturated
environments
Excellent extreme pressure performance
Extends lubrication intervals & working life
of components
Operational Temperature range from -50°C to
+165°C

Aplication:
Ideal for all types of bearings subjected to moist or wet operating conditions,
bearings and sliding rails/surfaces in low temperature areas (e.g. chiller/freezer)
and where a longer re-lubrication interval is required.
