Monster Baby SC20 portable hand held pressurised steam cleaner

Monster Baby is a portable hand held pressurised steam cleaner. It is small and lightweight, but very powerful. It's 1000W aluminium boiler generates steam at 3.5 bar pressure and a temperature of 120° C. The boiler's 26ml (just under half a pint) water capacity will give steam for up to 25 minutes, and the Monster baby is ready to use in just 2 minutes (less if filled with warm water). Refilling is quick and easy - just 3 minutes cooling down time required. The safety filler cap cannot be unfastened accidentally.

The aluminium boiler is coated inside with anti-stick PTFE, this inhibits the formation of scale so the steam cleaner can be used with ordinary tap water. A rinse with ordinary water once a month should be enough to remove any calcium build up.

The Monster Baby has a 5M (16ft 3ins) cable and comes complete with a set of 14 accessories including a neat monster branded storage bag, a flexible hose for those awkward to reach places, nozzles, brushes, upholstery and window cleaning tools, a filling jug and no less than 5 cleaning cloths.

You may have seen hand held steamers that are cheaper than the monster baby but you won't find one with this sort of "big steam cleaner" performance.

There are many hand held portable steamers on the market place - some are very cheap and most of these are unpressurised. Which means the steam is low temperature "wet steam" and the user has no control over steam emission i.e. the steam can't be turned off and on as it is being used. This means steam is wasted by continually steaming away into the air when you are not using the cleaner.

This product is different, the Monster Baby is a rugged, powerful steam cleaner using the same dry-steam technology as the rest of the monster range. The pressurised boiler has a special PTFE anti-scale lining for easy maintenance and it will produce 120°C super hot dry steam (only approx. 6% water).

The steam is available in the boiler whenever you press the trigger and only when you press the trigger.

Monster Baby only takes 2 minutes to heat up ready for use and it is ideal for cleaning work surfaces, bathrooms, windows and spot cleaning on floors carpets and rugs. Only pure water is used so there is no need for detergents and other chemicals that damage the environment and build up in your home.

If you already have a big steam cleaner or a steam mop, then monster baby is an ideal second cleaner to use for a quick clean when you don't want to go to the trouble of getting out and setting up the big cleaner. Household spills, pet "accidents" and general purpose cleaning are no problem with Monster Baby and you know that with 120°C steam you are sanitising as well as cleaning which is so important if you have small children and pets.
