SV100 Electric Spray Varnish
Anti-Tracking Insulating Film
Provides a tough, impervious seal - ideal for
components subjected to 'difficult' enviroments and high humidity. It is
particularly suitable for improving leakage characteristics of terminal
assemblies and also seals electrical leakage paths. It has excellent resistance
to transformer oils and moisture with good noise reduction characteristics.
Dries rapidly to form a hard red coloured film.

against high humidity
- Dries rapidly to form a thin film of red
varnish (touch dry:15 minutes, Handling time: 40 minutes, Full care: 24-48
hours)
- Excellent noise reduction characteristics
- When cured, conforms to BS 5629 type 1.1 (IEC
85)
- Suitable for use in thermal Class B and F
insulating systems
- Low hazard fungicide included in the
product's formulation which gives it a '0' rating (no growth) fungal
resistance when tested to BS 3900 PTG6

Application:
Apply to electric motors as an insulation and protective coating to the windings,
essential for motors used in arduous and hostile conditions such as morine/coastal
locations, quarries/cement processing, and moisture laden atmospheres.
