Zinc Primer
Multi-Purpose Metal Primer
Zinc phosphate primer for metal surfaces.
Ensures long lasting corrosion resistance and good topcoat adhesion.
Applications: Any metal substrate that requires corrosion protection, and is to
be over-paint with an aesthetic coating.
- Dry to touch in 30 minutes
- Dry to paint in 1 hour (recommended 24 hours
for best results)
- Passes ASTM B117 (500 hours)
- Suitable for light top coat colours
- Free from chlorinated solvent, lead and
chromate

Application:
Zinc Primer is particularly suited to surfaces requiring that have less than
perfect surfaces, e.g. permanent rust deposits, previous paint layers unable to
be removed, and irregular surfaces. Zinc phosphate primer promotes adhesion of
the top coat to substrate.
